How do I become a member with National Car Dealers Association?
Our process is quite simple. You would just need to complete the online member application. Once your application has beeen approved and upon receipt of payment, we can set up a consultation with one of our dealer coaches to finalize the process.
Do I have to pass a credit or background check in order to become a member?
You do not have to pass a background check or credit check in order to get your application approved. We do not do background or credit checks.
How long will it take to complete the membership process?
There are three different services to choose from: sameday service, 2 - 4 business days service and the 5 - 7 business day service. Which service you select upon sign up will determine how long it will take to set your account up.
What benefits come with the membership?
As a member, you will be able to attend car dealer auctions nationwide, perform unlimited retail car sales, gain access to financing and receive member discounts with all of our affiliated partners.
Is there a limit on how many cars that I will be able to sell retail?
As long as you are a member of our program, you can perform an unlimited amount of retail car sales.
How will I be able to perform unlimited retail sales as a member of your company?
You will be able to perform unlimited retail car sales because you will be a member of one of our affiliated car dealerships. As a member of a retail car dealership, you are able to perform unlimited retail car sales.
When I purchase cars at the auction, will I be able to pick up the title(s) to the cars that I purchase?
Yes, you will be able to pick up the title(s) on all the cars that you purchase at the auction.
Are there any transaction fees for the cars that I sell?
There are not any transaction fees or documentation fees for each car that you sell.
Will I have access to all car dealer auctions nationwide?
Yes, you will have access to all car dealer auctions nationwide.
How are you able to ensure that I have access to car dealer auctions nationwide?
As a member of one of our affiliated car dealerships, you will automatically become a member of auction access as well. Auction access is the platform that gives all car dealers access to car dealer auctions nationwide.
How does your financing program work?
We provide you will books on how the financing process works. Also, finance companies within your region will be listed inside the book so that you and/or your customer can apply for the necessary financing.
What is a dealer line of credit?
A dealer line of credit is a revolving account of cash with a bank. A dealer line of credit works similar as a home equity line of credit. However, the difference is that a dealer line of credit does not require collateral.
What is subprime financing?
Subprime financing is available to your customers that have no credit or challenged credit. With an easy application approval process, your customers will be able to immediately get the funds to buy the car that you are selling them.
Will I be able to provide financing to my customers?
Yes, you will be able to provide financing to your customers.
How will I get vehicle history reports with your program?
You will get vehicle history reports by calling our customer support or sending an email request with the vehicle's information and we will reply back with the vehicle history report(s).
Can I get dealer plate(s) as member?
Yes, we can refer you to our affiliated partner that issues dealer/ transporter plates.
Will others be able to transport cars that I purchase from the auction?
Yes, will be able to hire transporters and/or have other people transport the cars on your behalf.
